Do other parties have access to the data that is collected?
Data processed through our software is used solely to provide the speech-to-text functionality and is never used for training or learning purposes. Audio files and transcripts are transmitted using end-to-end encryption and are deleted from our servers immediately after processing.
All data is processed in full compliance with the GDPR and remains within the European Economic Area. Due to full encryption, the content of conversations is accessible only to the involved users. We do not have access to audio files or transcripts and are therefore unable to listen to or read customer conversations.
Our software is used by organizations with very high standards for information security and privacy. Regular security assessments and penetration tests are conducted to evaluate the robustness of our systems, which we consistently pass successfully.
