      What should I do if the firmware update of the Microphone Kit is stuck?

      If the firmware of the Microphone Kit is getting stuck, please take the following steps:
      • Connect the Microphone Kit to the charger
      • Make sure that all microphones are in the charging dock.
      • Don't press any buttons during the update
      If the update takes longer then expected, you can restart the update by turning the charging dock off and back on again.
