Why are the transcriptions not visible in the Speaksee app?

If transcriptions are not visible in the Speaksee app, there are several steps you can take to resolve the issue. Below is an overview of the most common causes and how to address them:

  1. Remove stickers from the microphones
    Check that any protective stickers have been removed from the microphones. These stickers are used for protection during transport but must be removed for the microphones to function properly.

  2. Check the battery status of the charging station and microphones
    Ensure that both the charging station and the microphones are sufficiently charged. You can check the battery status by referring to this article.  

    The microphones are fully charged when they are in the charging station and the indicator lights are no longer illuminated.

  3. Check the connection
    Verify that the Microphone Kit is correctly paired with the app. Follow the steps outlined in this article.

  4. Ensure the microphone is turned on
    Make sure the microphone is switched on. This can be easily confirmed by checking the indicator lights on the microphone. If the light on the microphone is steady green, it means the microphone is on and connected.

  5. Bluetooth connection with another device
    If the microphones were previously connected to another device via Bluetooth, it may cause issues. Make sure to disable Bluetooth on that other device to avoid conflicts.
