If your Microphone Kit does not connect to your smartphone or tablet, there can be several reasons. One common cause is that the kit may already be paired with another device via Bluetooth. Check to see if the kit is previously connected to another device and, if necessary, disable the Bluetooth connection on that device.
If the kit still does not connect:
- Remove the Bluetooth connection from your device.
- For iPhone: Go to Settings > Bluetooth, find Speaksee in the list of paired devices, and tap the "i" icon. Then select Forget This Device.
- For Android: Go to Settings > Connected devices > Bluetooth, select Speaksee, and tap Forget.
After this, try connecting to your Microphone Kit again using the Speaksee app.
